These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the rp55t platform, including the website at rp55t.net and all associated services. By registering an account or using any rp55t service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every clause contained herein. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use rp55t services. rp55t reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance forfeited.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rp55t supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 minutes on average, subject to identity verification and fraud checks.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the stated turnover multiple has been completed. rp55t may withdraw any bonus that has been obtained through fraudulent means or multi-accounting.
Each member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. rp55t will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from a member's failure to secure their account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) at all times.
rp55t prohibits multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), money laundering, and any activity designed to circumvent fair-play systems. Violations result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp55t holds its international licence. Disputes not resolved through rp55t's internal complaint procedure may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body named in Clause 14 of this document.
Important Notice: This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must cease using rp55t services immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms set out below.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to rp55t services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold reflects rp55t's commitment to responsible gaming and exceeds the general Indonesian statutory adulthood age for the avoidance of doubt.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in, and a resident of, Indonesia and that accessing online gaming services is not prohibited under any applicable law, regulation, or court order that applies to you personally.
2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual person may hold no more than one active rp55t account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension under Clause 12.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are ineligible to register or maintain a rp55t account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) current or former employees of rp55t or its affiliated companies and their immediate family members; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform pursuant to Clause 10; (d) persons acting as agents, nominees, or proxies for any third party.
rp55t takes age verification seriously. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be closed without notice, and all deposits made to that account will be refunded after deducting any withdrawals already processed. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in their entirety.
3.1 Registration Process. To access rp55t Services, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process.
3.2 Account Credentials. Upon successful registration, you will choose a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. rp55t recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rp55t support without delay at [email protected].
3.3 KYC Verification. rp55t reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rp55t may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
3.4 Account Accuracy Updates. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify rp55t of any changes to your contact details, address, or payment method information by contacting support.
rp55t processes KYC verification requests within 24 hours in most cases. Members who submit complete documentation during standard business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) typically receive verification confirmation within 2 hours.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rp55t accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rp55t does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Limits may vary by payment channel, Member tier, and account history.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to the Member's account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions. rp55t is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. rp55t targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (b) KYC verification to the standard required by rp55t's compliance team; (c) fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) screening. rp55t reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request that triggers additional review.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Restriction. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Member's own name. rp55t will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets under any circumstances.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are expressed and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rp55t does not perform currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple, qualifying games, and time limits will be displayed clearly at the point of bonus acceptance. Bets placed on games excluded from a specific promotion will not contribute to wagering requirements.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are available on the basis of one per household, one per shared IP address, and one per device. Members who circumvent this restriction through VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. rp55t monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on high-RTP games to clear requirements at minimal risk, placing opposing bets with another account, or systematically claiming bonuses across multiple accounts. Where such behaviour is identified, rp55t reserves the right to void the associated bonus, adjust the Member's account balance, and close the account without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.
5.5 Promotional Validity. All promotions have defined validity periods. Bonus Funds and free spins that have not been used before the stated expiry will be automatically removed from the Member's account without further notice. rp55t is not obligated to send expiry reminders.
5.6 rp55t's Discretion. rp55t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by Members prior to the change taking effect, provided the relevant wagering requirements have not yet been completed.
6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market type. Rules governing settlement, void markets, postponed fixtures, and dead-heat scenarios are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. For Indonesian football, including BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia internationals, fixture postponement policies are applied in accordance with the relevant governing body's official determination.
6.2 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are void and settled as a reduced accumulator if one or more legs are voided by rp55t. The payout for a reduced accumulator is calculated using the remaining valid selections only.
6.3 Live Casino. All live casino games are operated by independent, internationally licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or physical dealing processes within studio environments. rp55t accepts no liability for technical interruptions during live games caused by the studio's infrastructure. In the event of a disconnection mid-hand or mid-spin, the applicable studio's disconnection policy governs the outcome.
6.4 Slots & RNG Games. All slot and RNG-based casino games available on the Platform have their published return-to-player (RTP) percentages certified by independent testing laboratories. Actual results over any individual session will vary from the theoretical RTP. rp55t does not adjust game outcomes and has no ability to do so.
6.5 Togel Draws. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by the official draws of the relevant lottery pool operators (Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney). rp55t accepts no responsibility for delays or changes to official draw schedules made by those operators. Results are published on the Platform as soon as they are confirmed by the official source.
6.6 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price, a system error that resulted in a bet being accepted at odds not reflective of market reality, or a data feed error — rp55t reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's account. rp55t's decision on manifest errors is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp55t Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the rp55t Platform — including but not limited to the rp55t brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp55t or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Licence to Use. rp55t grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, republish, frame, link to (in a manner that implies endorsement), scrape, or otherwise use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without rp55t's express prior written consent.
9.1 rp55t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at rp55t.net/privacy-policy.
9.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have not opted out — personalised promotional communications.
9.3 rp55t will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) acting under data processing agreements with rp55t, and to competent authorities as required by law.
10.1 rp55t is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing members with the tools necessary to keep their gambling activity within healthy limits. The following tools are available to all Members free of charge through the account settings panel:
10.2 If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, rp55t strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team at [email protected]. All responsible gaming requests are handled with complete confidentiality by a dedicated team.
10.3 rp55t reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account — including mandatory deposit limits or mandatory cooling-off periods — without the Member's request, where rp55t's monitoring systems identify behaviour consistent with problem gambling.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp55t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure.
11.2 rp55t does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical defects. rp55t will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% or above on a monthly basis, but makes no binding guarantee in this regard.
11.3 In no event shall rp55t's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this clause limits or excludes rp55t's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your rp55t account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes exist. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
12.2 Suspension by rp55t. rp55t may suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) rp55t suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) rp55t's fraud or AML systems flag activity requiring review; (c) a payment dispute or chargeback has been initiated; (d) rp55t is required to do so by a competent authority.
12.3 Permanent Closure by rp55t. rp55t may permanently close your account if: (a) a material breach of these Terms is confirmed; (b) you have provided false identity information; (c) you have engaged in any Prohibited Activity listed in Clause 7. Where closure follows confirmed fraud or multi-accounting, any balance may be forfeited.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 7, 8, 11, and 14 — will continue in full force and effect.
13.1 rp55t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, rp55t will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent on-screen notification upon your next login.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. rp55t recommends checking this page each time you log in or at least once per calendar month.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp55t holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is available on request from rp55t's legal team.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and rp55t, you should first contact rp55t's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. rp55t commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours (WIB) and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
14.3 Dispute Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by rp55t's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body are available from rp55t's legal team on request.
14.4 Waiver of Class Actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against rp55t. All claims must be brought individually.
